Bee food

Holger Food has been producing and distributing bee food for many years. The ready-to-use products fully meet the nutritional requirements of honey bees. This is a great convenience for beekeepers, as they can use them immediately, without any labour-intensive preparation. In contrast to sucrose solutions that beekeepers prepare themselves, the consistent raw material composition and very good quality of our products always guarantee the same, complete food for the bees.  

Bee feeds with a wide range of applications  

There are two types of bee feed in our offer. The first is a bee syrup, the recipe of which was developed by the best agricultural research centre in Europe, the Institut national de la recherche agronomique from France. The syrup is not subject to crystallisation during the colder part of the year. It is also distinguished by its high fructose content in relation to maltose, which significantly improves bees' overwintering conditions. We also offer our customers bee cake, which is made from specially selected ingredients. It can be fed to bee colonies all year round. It is easy to shape, does not stick and does not melt. Our products are produced under Veterinary Surveillance No.: PL3021242p.

The correct feeding of insects is crucial to their welfare. It also influences how efficiently they work throughout the season. This can only be ensured, however, with high-quality bee feeds.
